Carport Manor is proud to present the talents of Heavydive (Calgary), Sleepy Gonzales (Vancouver), and Abbotsford's own Alison May! Heavydive will be promoting their recently released EP for their first show in Abbotsford.
Doors at 8PM, $5 cover, and all ages are welcome.

Heavydive
Based in Calgary, Alberta, Heavydive is a three-piece rock band that mixes post-punk rhythms and shoegaze soundscapes with dreary, yet angelic, vocals reminiscent of Ian Curtis, Morrissey, and Robert Smith. Inspired by the turmoils of mental illness, escaping emotional abuse, and the fear of failure, their work soars and crashes with sonic intensity that brims with melancholy, uncertainty and hope.

Sleepy Gonzales
Sleepy Gonzales is an Indie band from a tiny basement in Surrey onto stages around Vancouver. Their sound could be described as suburban sadness drenched in reverb. Or dreamlike melodies backed by raw, tired energy.

Alison May
Formerly the keyboard player and vocalists from Midnight Lions, Alison has decided to come out from under her rock to play some tunes. Her sound is bluesy yet soft.
